These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Doors of Joy(“we”, “us”), a digital wedding-invitation service operated by HMR Agencies, based in Hyderabad, India, and reachable at zulalskin@gmail.com. By placing an order or using the website you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
We create animated, web-based wedding invitations hosted on a private link. Each order includes the invitation for the plan you purchase (Save-the-Date, Engagement, Wedding, the Full Journey bundle, or a bespoke Couture commission), delivered digitally. We are a design service, not a printer — no physical goods are shipped.
2. Orders & content you provide
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us (names, dates, venues, family names, photos).
- You confirm you have the right to use any photos, text, or music details you submit to us.
- We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes another party’s rights.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected securely through Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. All purchases are prepaid. Couture commissions are fully prepaid before design work begins.
4. Edits & delivery
Standard plans go live the same day, typically within hours of receiving your details. Text details (names, timings, venues) can be updated free of charge up to your wedding date. Your invitation remains live through your wedding and for twelve months afterwards.
5. Intellectual property
The theme artwork, code, and design system remain the property of Doors of Joy / HMR Agencies. You receive a licence to use your finished invitation for your personal wedding. Couture artwork is created exclusively for you and is not resold to anyone else.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to resell our templates, copy our artwork, or use an invitation for anything other than your own event.
7. Liability
We take great care, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment, or messaging services).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad.
