Doors of Joy (operated by HMR Agencies) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. Contact us any time at zulalskin@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Wedding details you give us — names, event dates, venues, family names, and any photos or notes you submit for your invitation.
- Contact details — your phone number and/or email, so we can send your private edit link and updates.
- Payment information — collected and processed securely by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and reference id; we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
- Basic technical data — standard logs (such as approximate device/browser type) used to keep the service working.
How we use it
- To create, host, and update your invitation.
- To send you your private edit link and important updates about your order.
- To provide support and improve our service.
Guest RSVPs
When your guests RSVP, we store the name, attendance, guest count, and any note they choose to share, and show it to you (the couple) on your private guest-list page. We do not use guest data for marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the trusted providers that run the service — for example our payment processor (Razorpay), hosting, and messaging/email delivery — and only as needed to fulfil your order.
Retention
Your invitation and its details remain live through your wedding and for twelve months afterwards, after which they may be removed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing zulalskin@gmail.com.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
