Delivery Policy

Doors of Joy (operated by HMR Agencies) provides a digital service. There is no physical shipping — your wedding invitation is delivered online as a private web link.

How delivery works

• After payment, you receive a private link to personalise your invitation (or, for our concierge service, you send us your details on WhatsApp).
• Standard invitations are delivered / made live the same day, usually within a few hours of receiving your details.
• Couture commissions are delivered live within 5–7 days, including the concept and revision rounds described on the Couture page.
• You then share your single invitation link with guests over WhatsApp or any messenger — nothing to install.

Delivery charges

As the product is entirely digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

If you have paid and not received your edit link or a response within 24 hours, please contact us at zulalskin@gmail.com with your payment reference id and we will sort it out immediately.
