Delivery Policy

Doors of Joy (operated by HMR Agencies) provides a digital service. There is no physical shipping — your wedding invitation is delivered online as a private web link.

How delivery works

• Start with two free concept covers from Meher on WhatsApp. After choosing your concept, pay the first ₹5,000 to begin the full invitation.
• Your Full Custom invitation includes two revision rounds. Meher confirms the delivery timeline after receiving your details.
• Approve your full preview, then pay the remaining ₹5,000 before we publish. Your invitation stays live for one year from publication.
• You then share your single invitation link with guests over WhatsApp or any messenger — nothing to install.

Delivery charges

As the product is entirely digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

If you have paid and not received your invitation link or a response within 24 hours, please contact us at zulalskin@gmail.com with your payment reference id and we will sort it out immediately.
